NBC Latino’s Nina Terrero profiles 11-year-old Victor Rosario, who has been given the opportunity of a lifetime to study ballet thanks to the New York Theatre Ballet’s LIFT program. Through the outreach program, Victor attends private school on scholarship and even receives private tutoring three times a week. With academic support and artistic development, Victor shines on stage with his outstanding talent - proving to the world why, in his own words, he was “born to dance.”
